Why I won't have a finish for the Finish A Long 2nd Quarter

Since the Finish A Long first began at the start of last year, I've always reached at least one of my targets, sadly this month it wasn't to be.Lots of progress (I think I had only sewn a couple of blocks when I started this quarter) but no finish. There was no way I'd get Hello Chevron done (the other item on the list) when Wallander was priority and I didn't order enough Kimono Silk thread to finish the bits between the feathers. So by the time I am free to finish the quilting, and then bind it, it will be July (I'm working in London for a couple of days and then I'm away this weekend). Too late!Here's what the quilting should be like all over (it's not wonky, it's "organic freehand")- the bottom right hand corner is all complete...And the giveaway winner of the Superior Threads voucher...Can you believe it, Janine has won for the second time in a row?!
