WIP Wednesday

I thought I'd show you my progress on the other quilt I vowed to finish before the end of the year for Rhonda's finish along now we're halfway through the quarter (the first item was the curtains and I did them!). It's the Great Granny quilt from the Great Granny Along which finished ages ago. Since photographing this I have finished the cut out block so I have 7 of 12 blocks sewn up.

I love the way Patti has sashed her quilt top and I think I may copy this design for mine. It's beautiful!
