My experience with the Tula Pink Rotary Cutter

I was so excited to get the Tula Pink rotary cuter for Christmas, it felt nice and weighty but comfortable in my hand, and like a good quality product. However, things changed a few months in. I made a vlog about my experience with the cutter (and the shop it was purchased from - the wonderful Fiona at Tangled Blossoms Design). Has anyone else experienced similar issues?
